This self study class offers an integrative style of body work to help facial tension through blissful yet targeted therapeutic massage. Use heated bamboo tools to warm the external face and jaw muscles to decrease tension while gently sculpting the bony landmarks. Use heated tools to stretch anterior neck muscles and how to navigate hyoid connections through gentle stretches. Add cupping, gua sha and contrast therapy with cold tools and you’re going to start seeing a lot of results for de-puffing the face.
