Our No Tools, TMJ/D Intra-oral training is a prerequisite for this class. It does not have to be our class but you need to have intra-oral training of some kind to feel confident before incorporating tools. If you have never done bamboo massage before, we also highly recommend our Full Body Bamboo course which covers all the foundational moves but is not a requirement to register.
Segment 1-Using bamboo tools to warm up the Anterior neck for infra & supra-hyoid releases while explaining TMJ/D and cervical issues to lengthen neck.
Segment 2 Using custom made bamboo tools externally while performing intra-oral techniques for a gentler approach to deeper work including masseter/deep masseter, supra-hyoids (with tongue pulling), buccinator and nasolabial folds with lifting/lymphatic directions.
Segment 3- Now we start using the thinner tools for Bamboo face sculpting, facial lymphatic cupping, depuffing/sinus relief with cold tools and finishing with facial lymphatic facial cleanse.

Cold Tools (steel): Gua sha sculpting tools
STUDENT PLEASE BRING:
Massage table, bolster and stool
Set of sheets, 4 wash cloths, 2 hand towels
Desired body/face oil (Lotion’s #1 ingredient is water. Water and wood do NOT mix!)
Anything that might make you more comfortable (water, snacks, blanket)

Cancel more than 30 days before class: Full refund minus a $25 administrative fee.
Cancel within 30 days: Tuition is nonrefundable but may be applied toward another class for up to 1 year from the original class date.
Bad Weather Policy- If Bamboo Bodyworx cancels or reschedules due to weather/road conditions: Full refund issued. If class is held but you cannot attend due to weather/roads: Refund minus a $35 administrative fee.
